In partnership with BEHRINGER GmbH, the French manufacturer chose the EUROBLECH 2008 exhibition in Hanover from October 21^st to 25th 2008 to show the visitors the latest evolutions of the "HD" brand new range, dedicated to high speed drilling machines.

This one combines the well-known technical specifications of existing FP range (as robustness, accuracy and easy maintenance) with last technologies available on the market in the particularly crucial fields of motors, converters and axes control, or industrial PC (integrating a software PLC).

Moreover, a particular attention was given by the Engineering and Design Departments of the manufacturer, with ERGONOMICS and SAFETY of the working station as well as the EXCELLENT MODULARITY of equipments (type of motorization, numbers of drilling spindles: 1, 2 or 3, tool changing : 0, 1, 2 or 3, possibility of sensing, pop-marking, scribing, marking...) adapted from the first installation or reached via complementary kits, according to the evolution of the user's needs.

In particular, the available spindle motor power (from 7.5 kW to 12 kW) allows a large range of use which has never been reached before and authorizes almost any type of drilling as well as the scribing option, which can, in some cases, make the work of welders easier. From dynamic performances point of view, feed, drilling and gage line speeds were "quite simply" multiplied by factors higher than 2 !...This range is from now on available in capacities 600, 900 and 1200 which correspond to the dimensions of profiles to work.
Some range developments (for small profiles as well as for profiles wider than 1200) are already being designed and will be manufactured soon.
