Vernet Behringer presents its HD-X drilling machine combining drilling, V-scoring fast scribing and milling for profiles, square and rectangular tubes with 500 mm stroke in X-axis for all 3 spindles.

The new HD-X provides the following features:

-  Milling on X axis with 500 mm stroke. Especially designed for machining small square or rectangular tubes (slot holes, cut out). Diameter of milling tools = 10 mm (HSS only) 

è Profile is clamped while milling: the bar is correctly held so as to guarantee a good and vibration-free machining.

 - Fast drilling groups of holes without any carriage motion and without clamping/unclamping operations (within the 500 mm stroke).

è Matchless productivity (55 s for 10 holes ø 8.5 mm in thickness 10 mm)

è Highest precision (+/- 0.1 mm unit positioning within the 500 mm stroke)

 - Fast scribing with the new V-scoring for part identification, welding preparation…

è Deeper mark than other scribing systems (readable after shot blasting)

è 2x faster

è Noiseless operation

è Very readable mark as the profile is clamped while scribing

è Possibility to scribe several alphabets (Latin, Cyrillic…) 

The HD-X is already available in capacities from 600 x 400 mm to 1800 x 600 mm(other capacities upon request) and can be combined with a HBP Behringer band sawing machine.
