This drilling machine (sawing as an option) dates back to 1995 can be seen in France, in our workshop in DIJON. The machine frame only is second hand, with retrofit of the electrical cabinet and all the servo motors. The conveyors provided with the machine will be new ones: 15 m usable length for infeed conveyor, 13 m usable length for outfeed conveyor, motorised on 4.5 m (other lengths possible). Possibility to install in line with a new sawing machine model HBP 410/923 G. |

This drilling sawing line, model FP 600 - HBP 360/704 G, started in the 3rd quarter of 1998 can be seen working in our customer's factory. A deep retrofit will be done on the line. Equipements: - 6 transfer chains, 4 m long - Infeed conveyor 18 m long with CNC carriage - Drilling machine FP 600 - Band saw HBP 360/704 G - Exit conveyor 18 m long motorized on 4.5 m. - Hydraulic unloading system |

Combined machine for plates model MAG B 1520, built in the first quarter of 2004, capacity 3000 x 1500 x 40 mm. Equipment : - Drilling unit with tool changer - CNC Disk marking unit - Punching unit 3 tools - Plasma cutting unit HT 2000 A deep retrofit will be done on the machine: mechanical and electrical parts will be changed so as to update the machine with the latest technologies developed and to secure the use of the line. The machine can be seen working at our customer's place up to September 2012. |
