Machine Manufactured in 1989. It can be seen in our workshop in France.

The plate punching machine PG 80 is a fast hydraulic machine, with a motorised rotative tool holding turret.

The motion of the gusset is ensured by a 2 axis motorization numericaly controled.

  • X and Y motors : ROCKWELL ALLEN BRADLEY
  • Electrical cabinet with air conditionning system fixed on the machine frame.

FP 800

This drilling machine (sawing as an option) dates back to 1995 can be seen in France, in our workshop in DIJON. The machine frame only is second hand, with retrofit of the electrical cabinet and all the servo motors.

The conveyors provided with the machine will be new ones: 15 m usable length for infeed conveyor, 13 m usable length for outfeed conveyor, motorised on 4.5 m (other lengths possible).

Possibility to install in line with a new sawing machine model HBP 410/923 G.

 This machine, build in the first trimester of 2004, is a combined machine for plates ref MAG B2025, for plates up to 6000 x 2000 x 40 mm. It is equipped with a drilling unit, a disk marking unit, a punching unit and a HT 2000 plasma cutting unit.
