VERNET BEHRINGER distributes, installs and provide services to IRPS robotic welding cells developped by Exner ingenieurstechniek.

The IRPS welding robot is a flexible, easy to use, without any need for extensive knowledge of robots and/or programming. No experienced robot programmer or any CAD-data is required.

At the same time, an IRPS robot relieves multiple experienced, qualified welders and significantly improves the welding quality and efficiency.

3 steps

Step 1

Place one or more tacked workpieces on the working station, without time-consuming exact positioning

Step 2

Scan: the software then creates a model based on the actual workpiece to be welded and applies the optimal welding parameters based on past configurations

Step 3

Weld: the operator starts the cycle via a button on the touch screen
