Surface treatment in a single pass
Roller conveyor blast machines are suitable for descaling, paint stripping, rust removal, roughening and cleaning of workpieces such as sheet metal, profiles, beams and pipes. Depending on the type of system, thin sheets through to solid steel profiles weighing several tonnes can be processed. The largest systems allow optimum processing of workpieces up to 6,000 mm high and up to 5,000 mm wide.

NC-controlled angle adjustment, precise feed gripper, cutting pressure control and a robust portal guide system ensure short cycle times, clean cut surfaces and a long service life.
